We are looking to add a junior production support staff member to our hosting and network operations team. As a part of this team, you will work on escalated client support tickets that are reported by our Customer Service and internal staff.
In this position, you will support the operations of Rebel's existing cloud applications, as well as contribute to the architecture and deployment of new cloud solutions. You will be working on the web hosting, email, and DNS systems that power the websites of thousands of our customers.
For this position, we require an Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree/diploma, and at least two years of Linux systems administration experience.
