We were early adopters of the AWS cloud when we migrated over 6 years ago. We are looking for an intermediate Production Support Engineer to work within a small, nimble development team. This position is an engineering and maintenance role to contribute to a small team responsible for applications that support hosting and network operations. As a part of this team, you will work on escalated client support tickets that are reported by Customer Service and internal customers.
In this position, you will contribute to both the support and operations of Rebel's existing cloud application, as well as the architecture and deployment of new cloud solutions. You will be working on the hosting, email, DNS, and domain systems that power the websites of our many customers.
For this position, we require an Engineering, Computer Science or related degree or diploma and 2+ Years of development and systems administration experience.
